A little back ground 3 weeks ago my 97 V6 was totaled and the insurance paid out.
After looking around I finally found one, the car had one owner (lady) with all the services history. The car is in perfect shape the interior looks brand new exterior looks great doesn't even have any dings. So far its running great .
1999 1.8 quattro w/5 speed manual 80,000 miles. Timing belt done at 65,000 everything is stock all parts from the dealer.

Right now just getting used to driving it, not sure about performance mods. What I want to change are the headlights.

nice find! its hard to find lower mileage audis like that up here in the north... everybody wants to hang on to them until the bitter since they're so perfect all year round.

 

wow it does look just like it.... wasn't sure about the color at first but I really like it.
Most of the other cars I looked at had over 100,000 miles plus 2 or 3 owners. The couple I bought it from are both in to cars even gave me 2 oil filters from the dealer. I'm thinking about black rims.

Well I can honestly say not my first choice in color, after driving it for few days starting to like it. One thing for sure I can always find it in a parking lot. With only one owner and service history it was just to good to pass up. The interior looks brand new no wear marks on anything. I will get some pics tomorrow
