A burnt out fog bulb wont throw a light out indicator halogen or HID

The DYI is just re-soldering the relay. Which is no big deal....still skeptical though. Not that there is anything wrong with it, I just don't want a cabin fire especially without full coverage. Visually can you notice a different in the brightness in light between the 35w/55w?

This mod is meant so the foglights can be on while the main lights are off? Correct me if i am mistaken, but on the facelift cars arnt the foglights daytime running lights? meaning the fogs are on unless you turn on the lowbeams? and then there is the foglight switch to turn them back on again...

The mod is to be able to turn on the fogs without headlight. And no they are not DRLs, they only turn on when the headlights are on and you push the foglight button.

Ya I believe daytime running lights were on available for the euro model b5s

I think the euro models use the city lights instead of the fogs for DRL.

Did they use a different relay in canada, because if you are looking for a reversible option would that work?
