Default Keep blowing fuse 34 (Engine timing)

This fuse blows almost instantly.
Now there are exposed wires i see, and i dont know if that could be a problem, Also my MAF has 3 wires connected to it. green, yellow, and Somthing else.. I cut around the outside of the rubber that covers the 3 wires, and there was a 4th wire in there that was black, and really had no where to go.
Please I need some help from someone with wiring experience.

Why did you cut open the rubber boot? All it takes is a small screwdriver to pop it off. That black wire is nothing to worry about, it's not supposed to be connected to anything since it's connected to the shielding which is grounded at the other end of the harness.

Fuse 34 powers just the injectors, it goes through pin 8 of the orange body plug connector and is green/yellow from that plug to the injectors. So somewhere in that circuit you have a short.
