Now, you can dick around with your boost leak test all you want, but I am telling you to check shaft play on your turbo. Have you done that yet?
Well someone's hostel... I'm telling you what the tuner told me don't be jumping at me I would THINK the guy who tuned it would know best but I guess not.

No I haven't I'm not sure how I even go about doing that. It's easier than doing a boost leak test?

well, Oliver told us 1.3bar in that thread. So that's that.

Whecking your turbo for shaft play is easier. Take the intake boot off the turbo, and grab the shaft and wiggle it back and forth. if it wiggles more than a tiny bit (like enough so the blades can hit the housing) it needs to be rebuilt or replaced

Well he told me 1 bar YESTERDAY.

Yeah that was a silly question I knew that already, thanks. Haha

You're missing the point. Oliver obviously doesn't know what his tunes put out, I'll take my boost gauge results over him. Like I have repeatedly stated on multiple threads, he doesn't know squat about his tunes. He most likely aqcuires them illegaly. His stage 1/2 stuff works great, so all of that other stuff doesn't bother me. The same applies to the stage 3 I'm running now, he said it should be running 23-24psi, but any other software company that makes a stock injector K04 program will tell you that is should be running 20psi (i.e. GIAC).

Hostile? What about you constantly being arrogant and ignorant at the same time? How many times have I/others said he DOESN'T write his own stuff? If you looked around enough for ST threads (many I've contributed to), you'd know that by now. Hell, I've even stated it in THIS thread, so obviously you're more focused what you have to say vs the input others are giving you, but what else is new? It's a never ending story with you man......

Like I said before don't know what to tell you. We'll know more once I look at the turbo and do a boost leak test. It's unfortunate that the tuner doesn't know what his tunes output.

Quick update. Watched my boost gauge today closely and I saw it peak at around 12 and fall pretty quick. So it's just no holding the pressure. Safe to say there's a boost leak somewhere that I need to find.
