Lower oil return from turbo - can I just use RTV?

Lower oil return from turbo - can I just use RTV?

Dealer's out of stock of that gasket. Can I use Permatex black (the oil specific stuff) on it? Audi switched to using silicone for the oil pan itself so I figure it should be fine. I don't want to wait.

is it the connection at the oil pan? or the turbo?
i wouldnt do it if it was at the turbo, but if its at the oil pan connection, go for it.

oil pan... but it turns out that I need more parts so I might as well order the gasket :/
