Just buy new upper strut mounts and shorter bump stops and avoid using the spring compressors all together. Extra $40 with much less hassle. Well worth it.

well i was using one of these guys

and my faja had the genius idea of using our air impact wrench to speed up the process... well one side of the spring compressor slipped off when it was almost done and it shot out at a million miles per hour and smoked my arm/hand i thought i broke my wrist and finger. nothing was broke though, i sliced right through the tendon in my middle finger right to the bone.

you need a spring presser definatly i wouldnt do it any other way. and if you dont know what your doin take it somewere you trust. it might cost you more but at least u know its done. and done right
