Just a friendly suggestion.

Ps, the "metal" you are referring to is spelled with a T, a medal is an award.

ive heard good things about the audi TT DV for only $35 at the dealer but those will be more likely to fail more than a 007 but the money is right for the TT DV

MY GIAC CHIP CAME TODAY!!...which sucks.
I don't have a new dv yet, hoping that I'm going to get that this month either at bday time or christmas. And i found a couple other things that made me not want to put it in yet...
I've been getting terrible gas milage lately (about 15 mpg) so I looked under the hood and saw a couple things that made me cringe. First is this:

I have some sort of leak that hopefully you can see is on the upper part of my intake manifold, I thought it was it was from the coolant reservoir at first because that tube is right above it, but that tube is perfectly fine. And going to smell it it almost smelled like oil so if anyone has any idea thatd be great.

Decided to take off the engine cover to and found this...

Can someone pleaseeee raise my hopes and tell me thats something besides the head gasket?
Also does anyone know the name of that elbow pipe I posted before that was cracked? I tried putting in the number that was on it in the ecs search but came out with nothing and would like to get that in with the order I'm about to put in.

Speaker of that order, gotta give major props to Nickbroderick on finding those crazy ecs deals. Got myself some winter mats, summer mats and the same front end cover for just under $40

If you mean the wetness on the valve cover sides, that's a valve cover gasket leak. Very common and about $25 in parts to fix. Tackle it at home or come on out and we'll knock it down.

Pics of the whole car with the new springs!!!

When I change DV's I'm going to go with the 710n. If its good enough for a 225hp TT it's good enough for me!

Winter=disgusting black audi
Haha I'll try and get it cleaned up sometime this week though and I'll get a couple pics!

Now that I've started to think about it more although the forge's and other dv's are nice and new and shiny, I really wont NEED anything more than a 710n.

But the new shiny ones are so tempting..

Nice little update coming tomorrow, but quick question, does anyone know why I'm only seeing 12 psi with a giac chip?
