Problems in the Combustion Chamber maybe....

 

But if something in the cylinder was producing metal burrs it would exit the chamber through the exhaust valves and into the cat.

 

i'll check my compression again but dont think they will change much. I also was thinking the turbo is the one making the metal burrs i just dont know how can i have them in pre-turbo inlet hose.

the only way i can think of is if the turbo back spins and is making contact with the turbine.

since i get this car form a recycling place is going to be hard to tell what is or was causing the metal burrs, it could be the turbo but if those guys just swap a different turbo just to sell the car and never clean the hoses and change the inter cooler full of metal burrs, that could be the case.

 

the only thing i know right now is that i have rough star and idle, you can feel the missfires sometimes after that car runs fine, i feels low in torque at low RPM but ones i pass 2.5k rpm car feels strong. i don't see any black or white or any source of smoke coming form my exhaust neither.
sine this is my daily drive car i can't do much of work in my weekdays but i will try to find out what is wrong this coming weekend.
