Missing
Git my first Audi n I'm like fuckn done with it in a day. I drove it home no probs perfectly fine. Had no air box. Put it in. Checked plugs they were loose. Tightened em down. Went to leave n it was missing. Compression good. Intake gasket good coils good everything good. Changed temp sensor changed icm started it ran fine shut the hood bamm missing like WTF is going on!!
Done in a day? Sounds like you bought a car that someone had no clue how to maintain; not the car's fault. You need to have a way to retrieve codes, preferably with VAG-COM software. The car was probably neglected and now you've got to get it back on track.
Check the connections from the electrical plugs to the coil packs. If the lock/tabs are broken, they sometimes back off, causing misfires.
And as stated above: ANY car is only as good as the maintenance it has received.
My car has 300K miles on it, with 17 psi of boost on all stock components and it still runs like new.
