Default My A4 Shattered

On Christmas day my A4 got hit while i was on deployment. I just got back and am finally getting to fixing it. It was a front end collision so i got a new hood, bumper and found out today i also need a core support and two new headlight housings. So far i have the bumper off and the new CF hood on. Ill post pictures tomorrow.

I saw shattered and I thought the motor went ka-put...like a piston went threw the block. Are you getting another stock front bumper?

That sucks but it's an excellent time to upgrade, hopefully on the insurer's dime. And to echo the above, glad you're back safe.

The insurance company decided to total it. They said that the frame was an inch off. But my findings were that the drivers side frame where it attaches to the core support is the only part thats bent. The frame is completly fine. So i bought an RSR bumper and CF hood and while im in there im doing the timing belt and water pump. The only other damage was the DS hood hinge and a very small part of the windshield got messed up from the corner of the hood hitting it.

Im down to this point just working on getting the short section of frame on the drivers side that attaches to the core support and bumpers. Timing belt is still good from the 90k mark so i wont be putting another one in.
