My Audi Hates Me
Hey guys, long time no post. I've got a strange noise coming from the A4. Sounds like a squeaking. Not affected by RPMs, or gear, only speed. At speeds over about 10 mph I hear it. Fairly loud. I'm guessing brakes or wheel bearing maybe? Any ideas? Its this repetitive squeaking and normally I'd just go pull some wheels to find the issue but I'm headed to Seattle tomorrow to hopefully sell the car.
So of course the Audi develops an issue to prevent me. My Audi is cursed, thats the real issue, but the buyer probably wont like that answer. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I think you are probably right in the diagnosis. My hearing isn't as good as it used to be (too many days at the gun range and too loud of pipes on my bike) but I have found a trick that works pretty good. Find a building that is really close to the road or a concrete highway divider and drive as close to it as you can with the windows down. It will usually confirm the problem and give you an idea which wheel it is. I would then jack up that corner of the car and check the bearing/brakes.
