Default is it my cv joint or control arm?

lately ive noticed that something near the front passanger wheel clicks and it happens when i go around sharp corners and when im leaving the stop position. ive been told that it could be my CV joint but i want to know what it is for sure before i start to replace things that dont need to replace. could anyone help?

thats correct ive had that issue with my a4,a8 and now my gti the best way to tell is to take the wheel off inspect it if you dont catch it than jack both sides of the car up turn on the car and turn the wheel

It's your CV joint.

Those do not sound anything like a CV joint when they're bad. Not even close.

CV Joint= Clicking, especially when turning with the wheel at lock. Control Arm/Ball Joints= Squeek at low speeds and initially and turn into clunking noises

Sounds like classic CV Joint
