Serious high five to anyone who can find me OEM front mudflaps for my b5 A4. I've spent easily over an hour searching. Part number is 8d0-075-111-b, good luck.

I'll ever take a look at something non OEM but would seriously prefer OEM since that rears are OEM.

I guess as a last resort maybe, I'd had come across that link in my search. But they are shorter than the stock B5 ones. And $115 is absurd, ecs is a rip off I'm sorry but it's true. I paid $30 for my OEM rear flaps.

Fuel gauge stopped working today. It had been acting a bit weird the past 2 days, it would read empty for a little while and then randomly shoot up to a full tank. Then the other day it was reading just over half a tank. The wire seemed to look fine but I guess it worth soldering in a new one for a few dollars before I spend $115 on a new sending unit.

Default OEM Mud Flap's

My OEM rear mud flaps arrived today. (still on the search for OEM fronts) Install wasn't very difficult just got some screws from the hardware store and screwed them on. I like how the turned out. Here a two pictures I took. Sorry about the poor lighting.

Default aFe Filter

Installed the air filter that I ordered, very easy job. The one I took out was not bad at all, it actually looked pretty new. I get the whoosh/air sucking sound that I was after with this filter but thats not the main reason why I got it. I was disappointed though that there was no aFe decal in the box, was looking forward to displaying that somewhere. So aFe if you see this I want a decal! Thanks

Default Fuel Sending Unit

Finally decided to just get a new fuel sending unit rather than trying to mess around with the old one again. $120 from eBay. Took me a lot longer getting it out this time because I have about 3/4 tank full of gas so it was difficult to see what I was doing and I didn't have the proper tools. I'm just happy I don't have to worry about it anymore, that $120 should of went to something much better though.

Looks nice, surprised you noticed a sound difference worth mentioning, normally panel filters don't do much for sound. As far as the sticker goes, don't be a ricey guy that puts it on your window somewhere, it looks horrible on audis IMO. You could probably start a collection in your engine bay or something, that could look cool. Personally I have a ton of my performance sticks just on a window in my bedroom.

EDIT: Unless a sticker means something to you, it doesn't look that great IMO (just wanted to clear this up before I get flamed for bashing a boston remeberance sticker)

How did you attach the mud flaps to the car?

Yup definite sound difference. Oh I know that Boston strong sticker is the only one I'm putting on, it gets a pass for sure I live 45 minutes from Boston. I would have put the aFe sticker in my engine bay just because. I think stickers on any car looks terrible.
