Default my winter parts list!!!! or random venting n/s

so my car went dormant the last sept. 2010.
i pulled it off the road so i could stock parts/ or buy motor to do swap... well i wanted either a 4.2 or a pes g2. i work for a car dealer and am used car managers assistant. so i do have access to all kinds of goodies. started my search with manhiem (auto auction) all up and down east coast. and copart (auto auction for wrecks) for a cheap or smacked a6,a8 with a 4.2. nothing that i was willing to destroy to fund my b5 build.
i have a reasonable well built 2.8. aha 30v qm. i keep up on my maintenance. i have tried every bolt on part. played with internals, fly wheel clutch is done. i have switched between various different exhaust set ups and hacked airbox's cold airs. 3 different ecu tunes, neuspeed , f1 tuning. ny, . i have spent dumb money on different stupid stuff...yeah yeah should have bought a 1.8t... not for me sorry i like my nose heavy 30v.
so mid febuary 2011 i got the bug and decided to buy a g2. then i thought of what needed to be upgraded here is my list of things thus far

g2 eaton m62 supercharger bnib from pes $3700 price with tax 6% on 3500
clam shell new south boost gauge pod $45
boost guage and wiring i think glow shift was brand not too chotchy
rieger knock off infinity lip..$175
paint for some parts ly7a $99.65 per quart
valve cover gaskets $45
new apr snub mount $35
2 new front axles $110 a piece nib
2 downstream o2 sensors bosch non oem derict fit $60 each
stock a4 bumper with lower grilles $150
new crystal clear corners $40
euro trunk ly7a junk yard i pulled it $50 i was so happy
silver hood okay shape trade in at my job. put my choped up carbon painted hood on it$$$ free
carbon dynamics airbox ebay$189 shipped nib
set of 4 17x7.5 reaction wheels used decent perrilis p6 on them $100 beater wheels keep my asa's in good shape
set of 4 bridgestone potenza 225/45/17s for my asa $

i might have missed a few things but its going to be a monster. my wife has been supportive and i owe all this to her. this was what i came up with as my birthday present let me build it please. buy me nothing and i will be so happy. until next year and that stasis diff set up looks ****

Huh? Lol, I think I got a headache from trying to decipher over half this post. Anyway, keep us posted on your build, I'm also considering a G2. Although, in the end, I should have bought a S4 instead of the 2.8. :-D

If you use the overdrive pulley for the blower, you will need aftermarket rods. Stock rods can't hold up.

this is true. i had an m90 gen2 blown grand prix (yea yea) and everytime you drop .1-.2 inches in pulley size, there were always associated mods to go with it.

2.9 should be good with the engine work he has done. should blow about 12-15 psi... intercooling would help.. a lot!

tony from pes said drop in boost. 2.8in pulley rated for 10psi not 12-15 and yes they rods should be fine.

as well as bottom end going to try these phenalbalic spacers (for intake manifold) or what have you. To keep intake temps down and with a real cold air not a pipe and filter to the headlight . I would like a snow kit but it will be a minute. same as the stasis diff would like but funding only goes so far. I also am lacking full shop access.

apperently if you use an underdrive crank pulley on g2. it will NOT make anyboost. like a psi a as in 1. ???????????wtf ??????
i didnt think it would change ratio like that. i mean i dont think to many people have the real world experience of a blower and other add ons. but i ask questions cuase im about to have said experience.
so i guess first week after install will be testing. im going to take a *** load of pictures and video. but i think for the first time since i bought my b5

i am back to square one its all going to be new.. damnit i hate starting new
