And the CTS is located in the very back of the engine kinda by the fire wall correct? I believe it's green if I remember correctly and I'll try re-gapping the plugs(damn them orilleys :P)

And I'll give this throttle body alignment thing a try. New to me so I'll definitely have to look it up and go from there.

And do you have to change the plugs after you do the sea foam in the vacuum line or oil? Or when you do either or?

Thanks.
Rick

The CTS is at the back, behind the head, mounted in the coolant crossover pipe. What year is your car? That's going to indicate the color you need. If you plan to change the plugs, wait til after you Seafoam the vacuum - it can foul plugs sometimes. You can regap anytime (sooner the better) but don't put new ones in unless you have done the Seafoam treatment - no sense in risking fouling brand-new plugs.

Ok That means you have the green sensor and need that. Some guys with slightly older cars have blue ones (like me) and replace with the green. You have to use the green.

Ok and can you pick those up at orilleys? And do they have the o-ring to replace with it? Also is a lot of coolant going to come out when I do replace them?

^^^ I'd do that. The sensor is about $25 without the clip or o-ring.

thats the one i have. its a pain to get to. icleaned my throttle body when i did mine so everything was out of the way. its way easier and you get a clean throttle body out of it.
