Choosing from the B6 or B7 S4, I would probably go with the B6. In my opinion it's a much more simple body style closer to the B5 (this is why I love the B5 so much out of all the generation of Audis). I've seen some B6 S4 simply just with aftermarket wheels with a drop that looks amazingly hot.

On the other hand, if you're talking about the B7 RS4 with the widebody, that's a whole different story.

lol I wish I could afford to double my car payment, and I would try to nab an RS4!

But I'm getting a little bored with the b5 look. Don't get me wrong, I still love it. But I'm looking for a fresh car.

And that V8 sounds soooooo good.

Check that out. *orgasm*

B5 RS4 is a BAMF, but the headlights just don't cut it for me. They are getting age-ed. And that's my drawback on B6 also. Headlights are just so plain...

Well, different people have different opinions. In my opinion, the B5 have the time-less look that will never go out of style. It would also look like a total different car if it has been done right. Even when the B5 is sitting in the garage next to a much newer car, the B5 still the one that will always catch my eyes. I guess growing up and admiring the car has a lot to do with it too.

If you simply want the look, you can go the cheaper route and get the B7 S-Line which look comparably alike.

However, I do agree that the B6 and B7 S4's are much more reliable comparing it to the B5. This was why I didn't get the S4 in the first place. It can be a lot faster than the B6 and B7 though! But the drawback about the V8 is the mileage you're getting - I heard about 12 MPG.

Different strokes for different folks!

The gas mileage won't bother me too much, I had a truck for a while that got about that. And In my circumstances, I should be able to squeeze a bit more out of it. Seeing as my commute is purely highway. But anyway, thanks again for the input guys. I'll have some pondering to do over the next little while.

I guess it will really come down to when I see one for sale that I just fall in love with.
