Need some help...
I just bought a 98 A4 with an ATP GTRS elim kit on it. Problem is I've never had a turbo car before so i'm not sure what is messed up and what is something i'm just not used to.
Car will buck when accelerating sometimes but, not always at the same point. There are no trouble lights of any sort on.
The turbo never seems to dump all its boost. I've driven a buddy's A4 and you cant get full boost unless your foot is buried in it. This car will just spool and go even at part throttle. Making it much harder to drive smoothly.
NGP charged me $1700 to replace the wastegate actuator and the clutch (knew that was toast when i got it) but they didnt fix the biggest issue that is still there. So I'm down a bunch of money and the car still makes me mad every time i drive it.
I've also been in contact with ATP and 034 (they sent me to ATP's worthless tech support). ATP hasn't gotten back to me after i gave them all the information they asked for and its been a month with multiple emails sent.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

good luck with ATP (Another Terrible Product). Im guessing your running mika tuning w/ greentops, which sucks. you need to get that out asap. get yourself a chris tapp or unitronics 440cc file and some genesis or delphi 440's.
It feels like a stutter from the engine. Like possibly a knock and timing being pulled..

It feels like throwing good money after bad if i get a unitronics map and new injectors and it turns out there is something else wrong. NGP said that the wastegate was loose and was binding at the end of its run but wouldnt do that under normal use on the car.

I'm assuming that there are no CEL codes (like misfire codes), and that the plugs are gapped correctly. I know that when you boost up on the K03 with a chip, you need to gap the plugs down to .028". Double-check that the plugs are clean and and in good working order, and that they're gapped right. I don't know whether the same gap is OK with your elim setup, but someone on here can surely answer it (or it'll be found through Search), and you can get new plugs and gap them correctly, if yours are dirty or mis-gapped. Also, double-check all your vacuum lines to see if any are disconnected, pinched, or damaged - that could cause problems as well.
