Well I am some weird person so I am told by many 7 year old kids. Found out the trouble with my driver side front wheel, it was loose all so little. While I was under there I found I need a new CV boot and new drive shaft seal. I took some PIC's hope they up load ok.

Ok up date, I had the drive shaft replaced due to the labor intense issue. Now I am moving on looking for new fluid leaks. A strange thing happened today when I am stopped I turn the wheels the car shakes but the RPM's don't drop????????????????. My plan for the weekend is to degree's the trans mission and transfer case.

Brilliant! <claps> Great cars and this is a great resource to get the most from them.

Have a few wee issues with SWMBO's new 85k 2000 AJL quattro but getting there.

Biggest pia is no ramp, I SO much want to drop the coolant and change the stat, but no access.

Runs very nice for a mere 180 quattro, roll on in top can get you into [big] trouble at a mere 4000 rpm in our nearly f++++t police state [sorry political].

<getsmecoat>

enjoy your car.

all the best

mo.

First thanks MOJOCVH, now update A4 has 159k drive it every day and loving it. No major troubles have to do it's first oil change since purchased. Know I have a base line on how the car sounds and acts. Have been checking the fluids every Sat. morning and still good under the hood.
