i just bought a high km ~280k audi a4 b5 1.8t and ive replaced the rear control arms and bearings and brakes. the belt just had some teeth broken and im going to change it and do a compression test to see if the valves or if theres any internal dmg. i might be lucky. other then that im looking for advice on what i should do while im at it?

1) is it worth buying the whole kit water pump and all and doing a full belt kit?
2) is it worth buying an after market belt kit? AKA kelvar belts or ?
3) i noticed there is rust built up and my turbo makes a loud squeal when i floor it, is there any way to fix it until i buy my new exhaust and ecu, which then i'll buy my k04.
