Default NFG on the block... need help...

So I got this 2000 A4 at the auction but it came with no key.
There is damage to the front left side of the car, but its doable.
My problem is that the car was left open and it rain, now i have water inside of the car and need to remove the carpet to have it clean and get the water out.
I charged the battery to move the seats and be able to remove them, but no luck. There is no power going to the seats.
Then I tried to remove the center counsel with no luck cause the shifter don't move from the P position.
Please help.

I finally got the seat to move and the engine and trans out of the car.
I also got a 2003 2.8L ATQ V6 for my 2000 A4.
Still looking for a radiator support and radiator.

i just took my carpet out its no fun have to take a good bit of the center console out that you don't see yet. if the seats are power take the two plastic caps off at the back of the guides. then move the seat all the way back and pop the two plastic pieces off at the front of each guide. theres a 6mm allen under each. unhook wiring and slide out the back. I've never worked on a auto console but. you take tyne back arm rest part off first. pop cup holder and ashtray out of the arm rest portion. theres 3 12mm nuts. then where the two console portions meet at the shifter there are 2 8mm bolts on the sides under small oval covers.

I tried to but the center console does not have enough room to be taken out, and I was not able to take the **** off, for now.

You should be able to pull the handle off and remove the console. For a key, you'll need your VIN and registration and a ride to the dealership to have a new one made. I'd say buy a blank on eBay (way cheaper) and have them cut it for you. It's expensive either way but buying the blank at a dealer will be 5 times (or more) more costly than buying one on eBay.
