Default no power to driver side window switches.

so i went and took the door panel off to see if one of my switches was bad, i got at it with a test light and none of the switches are getting any power. so my question is where to the wires go, ovbisously through the door and into the cabin but where is there any other clips that may have came loose, and if anyone knows where the ground is for the power windows that would be awesome.

Do any of the windows work? If not, start checking fuses.

Also, check the boot for the door wiring harness for rips, wetness, or corrosion.

Definitely check fuses - this is the same issue we talked about in another thread right, Audacity?

Most accessory power runs from the "x75" and "30" posts under the driver knee bolster (under the steering wheel) - you will need to remove the section of dash just above your knees.

The grounds connect up and to the left of these posts (all the brown wires). Various relays also plug in above these posts. Try to trace the wire back to here and see where it is connecting... The wires could even be broken where they pass through the rubber hose near the hinge of the door (you see it when you open the door).

^if that doesn't work, go to autozone and look thru the service manual for our cars (better yet, buy it) and look at the wiring diagram. check where last voltage is found in the circuit and the culprit will be right after it

alright guys. i checked the fuses in the fuse panel, there isnt a powerwindow fuse. ill definately give the accessory grounds a look up underthe bolster. heres a question. i recently installed a boost gauge. i drew power from the 75x post could this be the culprit although the gauge itself still works fine.

sure - perhaps something else came disconnected when you added your wire to the post.

Where did you install your boost gauge? In a vent pod?

Have you checked for continuity on the wire providing power to the switches? You're gonna need more than a test light here...
