No pressure in my brake lines.

No pressure in my brake lines.
So, about 2 weeks ago I replaced my rear brakes. Pads, rotors and calipers. Bled 'em down, never bled the front lines though. Brakes were spongy, and I knew I needed to bleed them again. Now I'm trying to do that, (bleeding the lines) and there's no pressure. At all. I get some resistance on the first pump, but then the pedal goes to the floor, and it really just flops up and down after that, and when I have someone else pump them, I can open the bleeder nipple, and there is simply no pressure. No air, not even any fluid is pumped out. I don't get it. Any one else ever had anything like this?

make sure the resivor is full. bleed the rear brakes. open the front bleeder screws and pump the **** out of the pedal (keep eye on fluid) it might take a while but if theres no problems the fluid will come. After you get initial fluid close it and bleed normally. I usually bleed 2-3 times to make sure.

You have to bleed these cars in reverse order unlike other cars. I knew I book marked this link for a reason and could use it one day ( https://www.audiforums.com/forum/b5-...-bleed-179802/ ). Try it and see if it helps !

As was previously mentioned, these cars seem to like to be bled in the reverse of the typical bleed.
I would also recommend building yourself a cheap power bleeder. It makes this job so easy for just one person to do. There is also less chance of introducing air into the lines. There are DIYs on

is this just one caliper your trying? or all 4 wont bleed? it took me a long time to get my brakes all to bleed correctly. I thought they were fucked somehow. Make sure no other bleeders are elft open other than the one your trying to bleed.
