Default Not sure what the problem is

Ok, so I am not sure what the problems could be and I was wondering what you guys thought. There are three separate problems that are happening. When I drive the car after about 2 minutes of driving the accelerator wants to rev to about 4000rpms and then at 4000 it stops pulling on its own, until I step on the gas again more than a quarter of the way down. The next thing it has been doing is that if I push the pedal all the way down the engine bogs down for a second and wont let me accelerate until it pauses for about 2 seconds. I have been told that it was the TPS and have determined after much research that is what it is, but I bought a new one, and replaced it myself and did it correctly, but it didn't seem to solve the problem, before the replacement, one of my mechanic buddies told me before I spend the $100 on the TPS, I should just try cleaning out the old one, so he helped me drill a tiny hold in the other one and use electric cleaner to clean it out, and it cleaned out a lot of dirt that was in there, but after doing this the first problem started and even after replacement, it didn't fix it. The third and final issue is, after buying a high flow air filter, when I drive the car for about 20 minutes it wont accelerate anymore till I turn it off and turn it back on. Any ideas? I haven't been driving it obviously cause this is a huge pain in the ***, but I love my car and wanna drive it again! Any more details I can provide? thanks for your help!!

Did you do a throttle body alignment on the car after installing each sensor? Also with the air filter, often they're over-oiled and the excess can get sucked onto the MAF and cause issues. Wash and dry the filter with soap and water and lightly re-oil it before reinstalling it. Clean the MAF and reinstall that. Maybe that'll help a little.

I agree, I would try cleaning the MAF with MAF cleaner and any other electrical connections with electric parts cleaner.

the throttle body alignment done by taking the power off fo so long then leaving the key in the ignition for so long so that it could do its adjustments or is there another way? Also i took the filter out and took the excess oil off, and then cleaned the MAF using alcohol(after taking it out of course). If I did any of that incorrectly, lemme know what I should do
