I'm having trouble getting my car emission tested. At two different places the emissions test equipment could not establish a communication link with my car.
I know for a fact that the previous owner messed up with the wires. The ODB connector was pushed in and I had to remove the panel to put it back on its place. The wiring is really messy and it has some devices that I'm sure are not needed (it has a security system with "responder technology" and they just didn't remove everything, just enough to have the car working). I'm sure that's a reason why the radio is not working.

Do you have any suggestions?
Any diagram that could help me?
