the only places the oil and coolant could mix is the head gasket and oil cooler. are you certain they are still mixing and its not just residual left over from before you replaced those things? have you done a complete oil chance and coolant flush since then? oil can often sit in the radiator fins for a long time.
that is true, did you put a strait edge on the deck while you had the head off? you never snapped a rod in the engine did you? the oil cooler and the head gasket are really the only two places the oil and coolant can mix, other then a hole in the block.
ok. im pretty sure i didnt switch oil lines. cause they have different size fittings between oil and coolant. and with the warped head, i didnt let the car go into the red on temp gauge so i shouldnt be warped. the head gasket was professionally done so maybe poor work. the car will run smooth as new before it mixes.
if you had a shop do the work, go back and make them fix it. theres obviously something still broken and if they "fixed" the only two things that could cause the problem, then they obviously didnt fix it.
where did you have the work done? do they know how to torque the head bolts? some el-cheapo places might not.
the oil and coolant lines on the turbo should be different fittings so you cant mix them up.
