Default Oil Temp

Quick question, I've noticed that my oil temp is always very low, I was just wondering if this is a normal thing with Audi's, I have a '98 2.8L, and it runs fine... If it is supposed to be higher, what might the problem be?

This is the highest it ever gets.

Thanks

Also, my outside air temp. sensor is broken, is there a good place online to pick a new one up? and is it pretty easy to install?

Mine was like that when I had stuck open thermostat. My coolant T would also take long time to get to mid point, during colder days - never. After replacing the thermostat, my oil and coolant T are both at 190 after 10-15 mins of driving. Interesting thing was that I always had heat in my AC, no problems there.
Now my car runs much better.
