No thats what Im saying if the A4 was high 30s and the S4 was low 40s it wouldnt be 12-20k difference. It would be like 4-6k difference.

Yea that's what I was thinking too... Chris is shot. I thought S4's were closer to 50k tho, no?

Just googled it, looks like the B5 S4 started at a shade under $40k. With options I'm sure you could get up in the mid-high 40's.
