Has anyone else had this code? It is for the secondary air injection system, incorrect flow. This code has popped up on my audi randomly and when I restart the car the cel will sometimes go off. I am not the most mechanically inclined, so I was wondering if it's serious. The car runs fine and their are no noticeable problems. Does anybody have any suggestions, is it something that needs to be fixed asap?

if it is in fact just ur SAP, ur fine its a semi-useless very expensive part that doesn't affect the drive-ability of your car.

I'd say you have a broken air hose or line somewhere.

Or a failing secondary O2 sensor could be the problem. SAP flow is measured by the secondary O2 sensor and if it's getting flaky, it could be throwing the code.

I had this code pop up... It was a broken vacuum line. The line was routed from a vacuum switch at the back of the cylinder head to a port on the underside of the intake manifold. My vehicle has the 1.8 motor. I replaced the hose, cleared the code and it has not come back since....
