Default P0411 Checklist

Does anyone have a checklist of the components involved from cheapest to most expensive?

My boost gauge is reading -40 when measuring vacuum, so I seriously doubt it's a vacuum leak.....but I did just install all (4) new check valves. Does anyone have a reliable diagram as to which direction they should be facing (inline)?

Thanks

Did this happen as soon as you installed the check valves? The check valves have an arrow that point towards the motor

It's possible, but I'm almost certain I replaced them the way they came out.

I'll check again - I was thinking that might be possible, but I wanted to hear some personal achievements that over-came this obstacle.

I've never had this problem as I don't have a secondary air pump in my AEB. -40 vacuum is quite drastic I wouldn't even drive it at that

Well. the (analog) gauge (which is tapped into the FPR line) bottoms out at -30, but it drops lower than that, so it may only be -30, but could be -40.

Why do say that though? What's wrong with having that much vacuum? I can't see it doing anything other than pulling more air into the intake, but I've been wrong before, so what's on your mind?

I'm just guessing but having that much vacuum could start to collapse brittle lines possibly, I have no proof of this being true but have 2x the normal amount of vacuum can't be good. Atleast you know you don't have a vacuum leak haha

Well, I've replaced most of the vacuum lines. The only one I haven't replaced is the one towards the front of the engine that look like there's no way to find where it ends or begins.

Any idea what/where that one is?
