P0600 Serial Communication Fault
I just had an old ECU in my car put in since the original one died. My mechanic says that we get a P0600 Serial Communication Fault and the Check Engine Light CEL is on. He states that I will need to go to the dealer to get things "resynced" so that the ECU is matched to the VIN of the car again.
Is there a workaround for this?
