You realize I have a B6 right? I apologized for being in the wrong forum i think 2 times, lol. I tried searching for where it is supposed to be on my car but found it on two different places on the same year model. 2003 A4 1.8t. I finally figured out, that there is a vin split on this year model. Im after the vin split. Is that the wrong part for up there? I couldn't figure that out, so I just ordered the same part that was on it. When i searched for the part, the description would read that it was on the tip OR it was behind the valve above the combi valve. I sure hope that is correct! :/

I know the clamp on the hose going into the TIP is too big, I didn't have a smaller one at the time, but it has been replaced since I took that picture. I'm not sure a smaller clamp would fit around the prv valve. The next size down was too small

Default reason

people remove the pcv valve because 1 it either is working correctly and takes "****" literaly just trash gases and puts them into your intake to re burn causing carbon build up or people remove them because 2. they are broken and the turbo pressurizes the intake were the pcv valve connects to the crank case which in turn pressurizes your crank case causing major damage the pcv valve is worthless trash that was a stupid sceam to burn/de pressurize the crank case by burning the **** /stuff your car didnt want to burn. this is what i understand so far and im looking for a diy on how to remove the thing safley yet keep the bad gasses out of my crank case.
=) be happy yours is removed IT HAS DOUBLED YOUR ENGINES LIFE SPAN
