Yeah limp it to autozone and have it scanned to see what codes you get.

1505 and 1545 have to do with throttle control. Was your battery disconnected? If so, that's likely your problem. In any case, unhook the battery for an hour, then hook it back up and turn the key all the way on but don't crank the engine. Leave it there for 5 minutes, then turn it off a minute, then start the car. That'll allow the throttle to realign itself. It may help with your codes and drivability. 1613 is a malfunction to the CEL - never saw it before. None of them appear to be timing-related as far as I can tell so you did that correctly and got it.

So everything cleared but the P1545 now its "pending"...I'm thinkin the TB needs realigned. Boy no one ever said anything about this in the T/B Diy's...=) Anyhow, do I have to have the VAGCOM to accomplish this? I've tried the driver door open, key in accessory pos., and I barely hear the TB whine ffor just a couple seconds...but if I clear the code, it comes back every time...any advice?

That process I outlined in my last post will reset it - did you clear all codes with it or did you do that and still have the 1545 code?

I cleared the codes, and started it...still the 1545 is coming back but "pending". I unplugged the battery like you said about 20 minutes ago and waiting on that hour to be up. Should I have cleared the code completely before unplugging the battery?

No I dont think you need to worry about that. If nothing else you can clear it after the TB realignment.
