Default please help joey nelson!!!

I am currently helping one of our members that is stationed in TX

He has recently done his Cam Chain Tensioner with one purchased from ECS.

Since he has had valve tap that disipated with an oil change.

He had codes today
P0301 Misfire cyl 1
P0303 Misfire cyl 3
P0304 Misfire cyl 4
P0353 Ignition Coil “C” Primary/Secondary Circuit

The valve tap returned as well

The only resolutions I have found so far:
Replace the plugs DONE
Maf Recently Replaced

Please help asap he needs to be home in Maryland ASAPPP

Here's something else that just happened...I gave it some gas and the "valve tap" followed the RPMs but as soon as the RPMs dropped back down to idle, the tick went away for about 2-3 seconds and then resumed....i have no clue what that is. I just bought the new tensioner from ecstuning. I thought it was put on correctly cause the car ran fine...a little valve tap but it went away as the car warmed up and i did an oil change. Is it possible it inst on correctly? I need help guys. I just got out of the army and I'm trying to get home to see my mom before she passes away. I'm so desperate....

How many miles are on the new tensioner, they make noise for awhile until they are broken in.

I know they make noise but this noise isnt the same...its either valve tap or lifters type of noise

maybe a shot in the dark, checked oil pump or something similar? bad oil pump or too low/too high of oil pressure could cause a knock.
