Default Is it possible, Dash cluster?

I was just curious if it's possible to install a B6 gauge cluster into a B5? I'm guessing they are quite different as far as connections but thought I'd see if anybody knows. I tried to search but didn't seem to get much back.

i doubt it, one of the main differences between the b6 is the color, however if you have a red display the chrome rings for the cluster are not on the b5.

If you want to have those chrome rings in the cluster, those can be bought on ebay, I had some of those first gen versions came out very nice.

Isn't the info display in the middle different as well? Not red text or something I thought.

Nevermind, looks like it's the same in all of them. Not sure why I thought it was different.

The B6 S4 has the colored LCD center display.

The regular B6 A4's have similar red LED display.

Well just realized mine doesn't have the info display at all. Suckage! hah! I bet it would take a lot of swapping to get one in there too. Oh well no big deal.
