Power steering

So i just bought my new ps pump... And it doesnt look fun to do on the 1.8t motor anybody done one of these before? Any suggestions? Would be greatly appreciated thanks.

Why did it rip off on the highway? Sounds to me as tho it BLEW off. See where I'm going?

Well what happened was theres a plastic bracket that has a bolt and bolts in somewhere underneath the radiator and the plastic broke so my **** just dragged, do u know how the installation is on the power steering pump? :/

Gotcha. So all the fluid leaked out and killed the pump I'm assuming. Maybe theres a diy, but from memory, I doubt you could do it without pulling the front end off the car. So it would take a bit of time, but theres nothing overly complicated about it.

Oh yeah? Well i went ahead and replaced the pump it was a sob and very time cosuming but i got her done thanks for all the tips and help guys=]
