Also, its pretty common for an engine to misfire after being washed with a hose. I wouldn't exactly recommend using a pressure washer unless you are using extreme care. My opinion would be to scan it, take note of any stored codes, clear them, and then drive it again and see if anything comes back. Hopefully the miss is gone now and the vibration is an unbalanced wheel, like you said.

Apparently there is a certain amount of tread needed on a tire to get them balanced safely...at least thats what the tire store told me. So I will be getting new tires shortly and hopefully balance and fix the problem.
And yeah I'll be taking it to my mechanic to do a quick check up today and tell him to scan it for me. Thanks for the help!

Sounds like a salesman to me. I'm all for having safe tires, but the amount of tread has just about nothing to do with balancing.
