Default Power windows

About a year ago one of my back power windows went bad. Now today both of them.

The problem is within the mechanical system. When I opened the inside of the door I found that the plastic wheel thing that the cord wraps around when the window is lowered or raised broke. My question is what is this thing called so I can order it online.

I'm not sure. It doesnt look exactly like that. It's a round white plastic peice that the cord wraps around. I tried finding a picture online but I couldn't find one. I guess I'll have to take a picture when I open up the door myself.

Sorry about the size but I guess you can see things better. THe first picture is the actual piece that broke. The second picture is a picture from above and u can see the spindle thing that the plastic piece goes on. The third picture is a picture of the messed up cord.

Yeah, I had the exact same thing happen to my passenger rear window a few months ago. It was the window regulator. I think it was $350 for parts and labor to have repaired by the local mechanic.
