I've recently started hearing a whistling or squeaking noise coming from the engine whenever i turn on my heat. Any idea what it might be? It only makes the noise as soon as i turn on my heat when i drive without my heat it doesnt make the noise.

 

It might be a fan. Does it make noise if you turn your AC on?

 

yes only when the a/c or heat is on

 

You might try removing the cabin filter, setting the fan on high,
and spraying silicone lubricant into the filter hole. Take care
to ventilate the interior. Care should be taken as this is flammable.
