Default Problem in automatic 2000 a4 v6 - all display lights

I'm wanting for a 2000 audi a4 2.8 6cc. He's so new, the price okay, but I noticed that when he is walking and I reduce the speed, the resumption panel buttons that indicate electronic gears of the car are all lit at the same time and the car loses power this recovery. If I turn off the key, put it in "D", the rush of it is great (which is expected), illuminates the "D" on the display ... But after reducing reomar happens and what I said, ignite other marches on the panel and the car gets the resumption "sluggish".
What would that be? Some sensor (the upshift, whatever)? I am looking for a specialist here in my town, but it's difficult!
Any guesses? Is it serious?

Thanks, guys!

Note: I live in Brazil

Sounds to me like the transmission is going into safe mode. All gear lights are on and it's in 4th gear. That would explain the sluggishness.

Could be any number of things, but it's common when the Transmission Range Switch gets wet or goes bad. Be careful. Better know what you're getting into.
