If that car doesn't make any car magazines I'll be incredibly surprised. I could see Hot Rod magazine doing a feature on it even!

Current status?

S8 motor and 6-speed tranny conversion all done. A blast to drive - had her first mini shakedown at the airfield where my shop is.

Still doing minor mapping, and bug delete. Still need to change the plug on the reverse lamp connector, as the 6-speed switch is different. And connect up the oil pressure and temp switches - again, just need to extend the wires to the original connector on the firewall.

 

Like I stated before.......awesome top 5 B5.

Well, to save me typing loads - I'm a lousy, two-fingered typist, I'll just post pictures, and simply comment briefly as required...

I opted to run the engine on VEMS stand alone...

I purchased a cheap B5 front track for R&D purposes...
