Im tryin to sell my K03 turbo from a B6 03 A4 1.8t on craigslist. Just got an email from a guy with a B5 1.8t wantin to buy it, but wanted to know if it would fit his car. I assumed it would since its the same engine. Is this correct to respond back with?

Nah. You won't notice a difference going from k03 to k03s. People need to get that outta their heads. It's only built for better longevity. It flows and performs virtually the same as a regular ol k03. The k03s is not the cause for the bump in power for 01+. It's all in the tune.

 

Even with the chip I believe the K03s has a few hp more than a 2000>. Its still nothing too noticible.

 

the ko3s is only rated 5bhp lower than the ko4-15, guess people need to get that those make more power out of their heads also
