question about coilovers

i also wanna lower/put coilovers on my a4 its an 00 any ideas?

H&R's go for ~$1,500

You should be able to install them yourself, then take your car to a shop to have them align it.


Keep ur eye on ebay & these forums for some used low-milage coilovers to get a decent price... $1,500 on a '96 A4 just doesn't make sense to me.

ya good call. I was just looking to lower the car maybe 1 1/2" I was looking at new springs found those go for around 250 good or bad idea?

DrFeelgood, buy Kolbs lowering springs when he saves up enough for his coilovers. They are less than 2 months old.
