Noticed that when I put my hand at the top of the wheel and move it left and right by about 10 degrees I get a clicking noise up front. Got under it today. I can feel it through the tie rod, but I do not feel movement in any of the 4 tie rod ball joints. I feel it more on the driver's side, so I took off the driver's tie rod and and pulled around for all I was worth. Nothing. It's solid.

Jack up the wheels and move them all I can. Steering is solid. I only get this when I wiggle the wheel.

Is my rack on the way out? Am I missing something?
