check the filler cap, you will need to use g11 or g12 to top it off. Other stuff will gel the old coolant. You can also just top it off with some distilled water since its getting warm out.

I went to audi today to get some coolant and before I put it in I noticed the coolant in there is blue, the stuff they gave me is red....Can I still use it or should I take it back?

Do as cincyTT said and add distilled water for now- save your "red" coolant. If the level is low that may mean you have a leak. Find that first, fix it, then have the system flushed and add the correct G12 coolant.
