I have searched about this and have not been successful. When I drive downtown my radio works great but when I drive a 1/4 mile outside of downtown I only get static. I have been driving like this since May and miss the Chicago radio stations. Is it possible that this has to do with the antenna booster(diversity box)? I am new to my Audi and would greatly appreciate any help.

 

I noticed that my ability to recieve radio stations, and the quality of the ones i still get, went down significantly when i moved to an aftermarket head unit. In this case though, sounds like you're talking about the stock radio?

You might try getting one of those signal boosting antennas that you stick to your back window? Worked for my dad lol. Sorry i can't be of much more help than that :/

 

Oh yea, it's a stock Concert Radio. I don't have any tints so that's not the problem. I'd rather avoid using an aftermarket antenna, however if that is my last option than I'll consider giving it a shot.
