i try to:
-disconnect telephone and take him out but is still the same, TELEFON still not disappeared.

I have no idea what to do..

 

Soz for the long wait on a reply nth.

I tried everything and the Telefon would still randomly pop up.

In the end I replaced the stereo with a Sony player.

Not a answer I'm guessing you were hoping for , but now my stereo is fine with no probs.
