I accidentally entered the wrong code twice in my Delta CC radio and now it says SAFE II and it's locked up. It ways in the owners manual to leave the radio ON for an hour and I will be able to reenter codes again. Doesn't work though. after an hour it just turns off

what should i do?

 

have you tried disconnecting the battery again? if that doesn't work i dunno

 

Ugh, i remember that game.

The radio automatically shuts off after 1 hour if the car is completely off, so you have to turn the key to the Accessory position, which will ensure the radio will not shut off.

Or, just go for an hour-long drive without music.
