Default Rear fog lights...

Hey guys,

So you know the button to the right of the fog light button, the rear fog light button, well I have a stupid question. Are we supposed to have 2 rear fogs or driver side only? I only seem to have the driver side... I recently replaced my taillights and I noticed that there wasnt even a bulb in the right one...

Are we supposed to have rear fogs on both sides?

Thanks!

No, they only came with the driver's side one from the factory for safety reasons.

Can I put a bulb in there? (the right one) It seems kinda funky to only have one...

Yeah, it's easy to do. The bulb socket for the fog light is present on the passenger side. You just need to remove the unit and carve out the hole for the bulb.

It works great with both sides in. Someone can be tailgating you on the hwy and you just hit that button... They think you're braking which makes them back off lol

Which is the reason it was made with only one...

I find even the single rear fog light is bright enough to use as an effective "get-off-my-***" light

I think they are for when you are driving in the rain, so people can see you. I'm gonna go pick up a bulb and install my other one just for ***** :P

It's actually illegal in Europe to have two rear fog lights I'm pretty sure...
