Isn't it harder than that in prefacelift cars? I thought the plug and play only worked in post facelift cars

Yeah but they are less likely to be able to tell when you are really braking due to it looks like your brake lights are on...

Probably so people can see you driving when there is fog. I use them in intense rain storms, fog, snow storms, and sometimes night driving when its either snowing, raining, Also possibly highway driving too, when there is sudden braking some people put on their hazards so you dont rear end them, I imagine this is just another way to alert drivers around you.

Getting the passenger side is extremely easy. Looks good too ha. Easy to get others to back off though, which is why the only put 1 at first.

What about people who use them in broad day light with no one tail gating them?

May be a stupid question but Exactly how do you carve out the hole. Mine is half there just need to get the rest out...

I used my dremel with a sanding bit and just sanded it down until the bulb would fit.... then blow some air into it to get the dust out. Or, I am pretty sure that you can take a razor to it... it's pretty soft plastic.

You want to remove the tail light from the car first, it's easier.
