Technically it's a flexpaint but they have different formulations depending on what you're doing. So far it's held up great - I'd definitely do it to the new whip. Bring it over, use my garage - I'm happy to either pitch in and help or sit back, drink beer, and snicker as you work.

Dude only your farts are hazardous enough to linger in the carpet 6 inches below the seat lmao
And +1 on shampooing - gotta get the farts out of the upholstery somehow.
